Ædonis and Sensible shoes
Seattle Men's Chorus & Seattle Women's Chorus Ensembles
During our 25th Anniversary celebration, two new ensembles were formed for each chorus. Ædonis, an ensemble of Seattle Men's Chorus, is an a cappella group in the tradition of the King's Singers and Chanticleer. Reminiscent of Zipper and Philandros (former Seattle Men's Chorus ensembles), this group serves as our classical ensemble. Sensible Shoes, an ensemble of Seattle Women's Chorus, is a pop and vocal jazz group in the tradition of groups like Captain Smartypants and Emerald City Volunteers. This group of women balance great vocal delivery with fun, innovative staging.
