The women’s holiday custom of inviting children to the stage for a special presentation continues with a festive narration of Sergei Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf, with voices becoming the notes of the instruments. Children of all ages are honored again in joyful carols and songs from around the world. With its magical staging—fast becoming a hallmark of the Chorus—and the harmony and humor of Sensible Shoes, this season is the right time to add the Seattle Women’s Chorus 2005 Holiday Concert to your list of traditions.
